SCOPE OF WORK:
American Excavating was contracted to prepare this site by performing tree cutting and loam stripping. This project also included the demolition of an existing dwelling and removal of its foundation. AEC continued site preparation with 1500 feet of underground leaching drainage. AEC also installed all water and sewer pipe, excavated and backfilled foundation sites, and installed site lighting and development paving. This project was completed in the fall of 2020.
